Bruce Janda has over 40 years of experience in the paper and nonwoven industry, specializing in tissue and towel products and processes, from concept through manufacturing and commercialization.
His extensive experience on world class, high-speed tissue and TAD machines in North America and Europe include participation in three new tissue machine projects as process design leader, construction supervisor, and check out/start up leader.
Prior to joining Fisher, Bruce held product development, engineering, and manufacturing positions at Georgia-Pacific and Kimberly-Clark, among others. On the supplier side at AstenJohnson, he served as Product Business Leader and Global Innovation Leader for TAD and Forming Fabrics.
Bruce has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He is a TAPPI Fellow, holds 19 U.S. tissue and papermaking patents, and writes a Fisher column for Tissue World Magazine.
